Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit

  • Print and complete the Return Form
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges. You can return your item to us for store credit only.
  • Return shipping must be paid at customer's expense. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.
  • Items must be unworn, free of stains (make-up or otherwise) and free of odors.
  • Items must contain original tagging and accessories (if applicable).
  • If an item was delivered to you damaged, please be sure to email shop@pgbalance.com within 48 hours of receipt, and we'll be sure to handle your return or exchange asap.
  • Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit and are final sale.
